Amy Ford

I have been coaching since 1997 for Canmore, Edmonton, Biathlon AB and CA. I had a great time as a junior at CWG in 95 and I want to make sure the AB squad has the same great time at CWG in 2007.

I like the color blue, making quiche, climbing, astronomy, stamping out disease and riding my beautiful new road bike early in the morning.

My goals for this year in no particular order are; to learn some magic tricks, to improve my mathematical and card shuffling skills, to speak french at least twice a week, go to a concert a month, and to follow the dryfiring plans that I give my athletes.
